深圳市龙岗区2009年健康人群A群和C群流脑抗体水平监测分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解2009年深圳市龙岗区健康人群A和C群流脑抗体水平。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测健康人群血清中的A群、C群流脑抗体含量。[结果]A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率分别为92.52%和83.33%,两种抗体保护率差异有统计学意（χ2=11.68,P﹤0.05）;A群和C群流脑抗体平均含量中位数分别是10.3μg/ml和4.3μg/ml,A群流脑抗体含量中位数以3岁~组（16.30μg/ml）最高,5岁~组（4.2μg/ml）最低;C群抗体含量中位数也以3岁~组（7.3μg/ml）最高,1岁~组（3.3μg/ml）最低;各年龄组间抗体含量差异有统计学意义（χA2=22.538,χC2=47.332,P均小于0.0001）。[结论]深圳市龙岗区健康人群A群流脑抗体阳性率维持在较高的水平,C群流脑抗体阳性率相对较低,特别是1岁~组人群,应引起有关部门的高度重视。[Objective] To explore the antibody level of groups A an C Neisseria meningitides of healthy population in Longgang, Shenzhen in 2009. [Methods] Antibody levels of groups A and C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were determined quantification ally by ELISA. [Results] The medians of average antibody levels of groups A and C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were 10.3 μg/ml and 4.3 μg/ml respectively. The positive rates of antibody were 92.52% and 83.33%. The difference between two antibody protection rates had significant statistic significance （χ2 =11.68, P﹤0.05）, the highest median of group A antibody level was in 3 years old group （16.30 μg/ml）, the lowest was in 5 years old group （4.2 μg/ml） . The highest median of group C antibody level was also in 3 years old group （7.3 μg/ml）, the lowest was in 1 year old group （3.3 μg/ml）. The differences between different age groups had significant statistic significance （χA2 = 22.538, χC2 = 47.332, P﹤ 0.000 1）. [Conclusion] The positive rate of antibody level of group A epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Longgang, Shenzhen is high and that of group C is low, especially in 1 year group. Related department should pay more attention to it.
