200例肾病综合征患者相关化验检查项目调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]肾病综合征是临床常见疾病,临床已经广泛采用依据试验检查进行临床诊断和根据试验测定结果进行评价治疗效果,但是检查项目的选择和检查频率在肾病综合征的诊断和治疗效果评价中的应用需要探讨。[方法]利用尿液自动分析仪测定尿液常规、血细胞自动分析测定血液常规、自动生化分析仪测定血液生物化学成分。[结果]结果显示尿液常规检查率达到100%,但24h尿液蛋白仅为86.8%;血液常规检查达到96.3%;血液生化检查中血脂项目、肝功项目和代谢酶指标检查率达到90%以上,但是评价肾小球检查项目仅为58.16%。[结论]提示临床检查项目需要调整,增加评价肾脏功能试验的检查项目和检查频率,相反降低与肾病综合征非直接相关的检测项目和检查频率。[Objective] Nephrotic syndrome is a common clinical disease, clinical examination has been widely used in clinical diagnosis based on experiment and in accordance with the results of experiment to evaluate treatment effect, but the choice of inspection items and the inspection frequency need to be discussed in the application of diagnosis and treatment evalu- ation of nephrotic syndrome. [Methods] Used urine automatic analyzer to determine urine routine, blood cells automatic analyzer to determine blood routine, automatic biochemical analyzer to determine blood biochemical constituents. [Results] The results showed that inspection rate of urine routine was 100%, but 24-hour urine protein was only 86.8%; routine inspection of blood reached to 96.3%; inspection rates of blood lipids items, liver function items and metabolic enzymes targets were 90% or more in blood biochemical inspection. However, the evaluation of glomerular inspection items was only 58.16%. [Conclusion] Those results point that clinical examination items need to be adjusted to increase the inspection items and inspection frequency on evaluation of kidney function experiment, on the contrary, to reduce the non-directly related to the test items and inspection frequency with the nephrotic syndrome.
