中医体质辨识在健康体检中的应用及意义

摘　　要：世界卫生组织定义健康为:Health is a state of complete physical,mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.即健康不仅是没有疾病,而且是身体、心理和社会适应方面都处于完好状态。近年来,健康体检作为医疗卫生保健领域中一个新兴服务,已经为大众所接受,且越来越引起各方面的关注。中医认为,疾病的发生和发展与身体不同的体质特征有一定的关系。以北京中医药大学王琦教授为组长的国家973计划项目"基于因人制宜思想的中医体质理论基础研究"课题组编制了《中医9种基本体质分类量表》,并制定了《中医体质分类判定标准》,此标准现已被中华中医药学会认定为学会标准,并在全国范围内推广使用。现就如何将中医体质辨识融入健康体检之中及其现实意义予以简要探讨。World Health Organization （WHO） defined health as ＂Health is a state of complete physical,mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity＂. In recent years,as a new concept in the field of medical care,routine physical examination has already been wildly accepted in China,and attracted more and more people＇s attention. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）,there is some relationship of the incidence and development of disease with the characteristics of TCM constitution. Under Professor Wang Qi＇s leadership,and supported by the 973 Program ＂Basic research on theories of constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the idea of suiting measures to individual＂ ,their team has developed Classification Scale for Nine Basic Constitutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Identification Standard for Constitution Classification in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This diagnosis standard has been implemented nationwide by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Societies. This paper discussed the application of constitution identification in physical examination and its realistic significance.
