摘　　要：采用天然产物葡萄糖的衍生物烷基葡萄糖苷作表面活性剂，用乙醇作农药的溶解剂，用柠檬酸钠作助洗剂和络合剂，用玉洁新作杀菌剂，研制出了无毒、冷热贮存稳定、抑菌效果良好、卫生学指标合格的水果蔬菜专用清洗剂。A detergent for pesticide residues on vegetables and fruits was developed using alkyl polyglucoside as the main surfactant, alcohol as the co-solvent, potassium citrate as the builder and chelating agent, Irgasan DP300 as the bactericide. The composition was non-toxic, inhibitory to the reproduction of bacteria, stable under both cold and hot conditions and up to the hygienic standards.
