饲用微生态制剂菌种的分离及毒性研究

摘　　要：叙述了从乳猪新鲜粪便中分离菌种的方法及结果；并对获得菌株进行了耐受性及毒性试验，最终筛选出了４株芽孢杆菌和２株乳酸菌，可供制作生态制剂菌种使用。The method and result of Bacteria separation from fresh litter faeces were stated in this paper. Heat and Acid-resistance and toxicity test on selected bacteria had been carried out. And finally, Four bacillus strains and two Lactobacillus strains were obtained, which can be used as microbial ecological agents.
