摘 要:以水通量,化学需氧量和细菌截留率为主要考核指标,考察了超滤膜分离活性污泥混合液的影响因素,结果表明:PES膜适宜污水膜生物工艺使用;一定程度下,膜的截留分子量大,有利于水通量增加;膜的水通量随污泥浓度和滤纸过滤液COD浓度的提高而减少;滤纸过滤液COD浓度对膜水通量影响大于活性污泥浓度;截留分子量小的膜,水通量随压力的提高而上升。Taking water flux, COD and bacteria retention efficiency as examination indexes, to observe the affecting factors of ultrafiltration membrane separation to activated sludge. The result showed that the PES membrane was fit for sewage biological membrane technology; under certain conditions, retention of the membrane to higher molecular weight has advantage to increasing water flux; water flux of membrane decreased as the concentration of sludge and the concentration of COD filtrate through filter paper increased; effect of the concentration of COD filtrate through filter paper on water flux of membrane was higher than the concentration of activated sludge; retention of membrane to lower molecular weight whose water flux increased as the pressure increased.
