摘  要:以杭州西湖的子湖(小南湖)的水生生态环境为研究对象,同步分析了水和底泥中重金属的形态分布,以及软体动物和水生植物中重金属的含量,揭示了Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd的积累、迁移和转化规律。结果表明:(1)水相中Cu、Zn、Cd主要以溶解态存在,Mn主要以颗粒态Ⅰ存在;底泥中,Cu主要以有机结合态、Mn以铁锰氧化结合态、Cd以碳酸盐态、Zn以铁锰氧化结合态存在。在水和底泥中,重金属总量次序分别为:Zn>Mn>Cu>Cd和Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd。(2)重金属元素在水生植物狐尾藻的根、茎、叶中的浓集系数均按Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd顺序递减,Cu、Mn主要积累在植物根部。(3)重金属在螺蛳的软体和壳中的浓集系数分别按Cu>Zn>Mn>Cd和Cd>Mn>Zn>Cu的顺序递减,Cu、Zn主要积累在软体中。The species distribution of copper, manganese, zinc and cadmium in water and sediment, and in the body of mollusca and hydrophyte of Lake Xiaonan, a part of West Lake in Hangzhou were reported. Study on the law of transfer and accumulation of the four heavy metals in water etc. has been conducted. The results showed that the major speciations of Cu, Zn, Cd in water phase of Lake Xiaonan are in dissolved forms, which are easily absorbed by organisms, but the major form of Mn is in paniculate. In the sediment, Cu exists mainly in bound to organic matter, Mn and Zn exist in bound to Fe-Mn oxides, Cd exists in bound to carbonates. The total amount in water and in sediment follows the order of Zn>Mn>Cu>Cd and Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd respectively. The heavy metal concentration factors of root and stem and leaf for algae follow the order of Mn>Cu>Zn>Cd. Copper and manganese are accumulated mainly in plant root, and Cu>Zn>Mn>Cd and Cd>Mn>Zn>Cu for the tissue and shell of snail respectively. Copper and zinc are mainly accumulated in the shell of snail.
