摘  要:针对发动机系统可靠性设计问题进行了研究,提出综合运用可靠性框图分析、故障模式及效应分析、故障数据分析及故障树分析等可靠性分析方法,评估发动机不同设计方案的可靠性水平。At present,high reliability and low cost are the major considerations in Liquid Rocket Engine(LRE) development.This paper presents a synthetic approach for LRE reliability trade studies.It outlines a rigorous yet practicable approach for evaluating engine reliability during different design phase.The approach uses proven reliability methods of Reliability Modeling,Failure Modes and Effects Analysis,Failure Data Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis to estimate the probability of different LRE design during the conceptual design phase,and to find LRE weak point for design improvement during LRE Developing process.An example is provided,in which the approach is used to evaluate the concept design of an upper stage engine.
