摘  要:研究与运用氧化亚氮-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定7715D高温钛合金中的铌钼含量。介绍了铌钼的最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度,并对干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法灵敏度高,干扰小、选择性和重现性好。对样品进行10次测定的结果表明,相对标准偏差均小于1.5%,标准加入回收率在97%~103%范围内,完全适用于7715D高温钛合金铌钼含量的测定。The application of nitrous oxide ethyne flame atomic absorbing spectral method to continuous measure the content of Nb and Mo in 7715D high temperature titanium alloy is studied. This paper introduces the optimum measuring conditions for Nb and Mo and potency in which a fine liner range presents, and makes an synthetic consideration to interference factors. The methods has the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference and good in selectivity and reappearance. The relative standard deviations are all less than 1.5% in ten sample measures, and the standard adding recovery is in the range of 97%~103%. The practice shows that the method is fully suited to measure the Nb/Mo content in 7715D high temperature Ti alloy.
