摘　　要：目的:探讨肾柱肥大的CT表现与诊断价值。方法:对25例肾柱肥大病例的CT表现进行回顾分析,全部病例均行CT平扫及三期增强扫描。结果:CT平扫均表现为局部肾实质增厚,可见条状等密度肿块影突入肾窦内,肾窦内脂肪影减少、变形。三期增强扫描肿块都呈均匀强化,与肾实质一致。结论:肾柱肥大具有典型的CT表现,特别是三期增强扫描在诊断上有重要的定性作用。Objective：To assess the value of CT diagnosis of renal column hypertrophy.Methods：The CT findings of 25 cases of renal column hypertrophy were retrospectively analyzed.All cases made plain and three enhanced CT scan.Results：CT plain scan in all cases showed partial thickening of renal parenchyma,such as strip-density mass broke into the renal sinus,renal sinus fat reduction.Three enhanced CT scan mass was evenly strengthened,in line with the renal parenchyma.Conclusion：Renal column hypertrophy has the typical CT performance,especially three enhanced scanning has an important role in the diagnosis.
