摘 要:山药是重要蔬菜,由于山药的繁殖主要依靠块茎进行,导致育种工作相对滞后。本试验利用当地5个传统的细毛山药地方品种,对其光合特性进行了研究,为品种繁育、提纯复壮、引种以及新品种培育提供参考。结果表明,5个参试品种的光合日变化都呈现双峰现象,说明各个品种皆存在午休现象,午休现象主要是由气孔限制导致,胞间CO2浓度在午休时较低,进一步表明了光合午休现象受气孔限制影响。在光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、蒸腾速率几个方面,参试的几个品种差异不显著。Yam varieties is a kind of important vegetable,but it’s breeding were lagging because of ’ reproduction mainly with stem tube.There were many local yam varieties with good quality were not studied.In this test,photosynthetic properties of 5 local fine hair yam varieties,including xincheng yam,jipi yam,jiaxiang yam,tiegun yam and ningyang yam,by single-factor randomized block design with 3 reiteration.The results showed that photosynthetic daily variation of 5 varieties all showed double-peak phenomenon,indicated that all the studied yam varieties had noon rest phenomenon.The noon rest in photosynthesis was mainly caused by stoma limit.The condense of CO2 in the internal cells was low at noon rest.There was no significant difference in the Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr among the varieties.
