集对分析在建筑完损状况评价中的应用

摘　　要：建筑完损状况是对建筑现状的全面反映,受诸多方面的影响.利用集对分析理论,对建筑完损状况与其评价等级进行同异反分析,建立差异度展开型联系度表达式,通过综合联系度分析,确定建筑完损状况的评价等级.通过工程实例的计算比较,认为这种方法的计算结果与现行规范一致,具有较好的可操作性.There are many influential factors for the present condition of building. Based on set pair analysis, a contact degree expressions for evaluation of present condition of building has been built. The engineering calculation with example is given, and its result is coincident with the current standard method.
