摘 要:为了查明引进陕北的辽宁绒山羊是否含有安哥拉山羊血液,对随机选择的30只绒山羊血样的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)基因中的D-loop区进行测序并与安哥拉山羊进行比对。结果表明,该品种与安哥拉山羊的mtDNA D-loop全序列长度为1 212-1 213 bp,变异碱基位点共63个,约占分析位点总数的5.20%。辽宁绒山羊品种内核苷酸差异变异范围较大,为1.0-3.5,而安哥拉山羊品种内核苷酸变异范围为0.9-1.2。辽宁绒山羊与安哥拉山羊品种间的核苷酸变异范围为0.8-4.4。辽宁绒山羊品种内遗传距离为0.00163-0.02616,差异较大;而安哥拉山羊品种内遗传距离为0.00080-0.00287,且差异较小。辽宁绒山羊与安哥拉山羊品种间遗传距离为0.00081-0.02165,其中14号羊与所有安哥拉山羊的遗传距离都较近,最小的距离为0.00081,甚至小于安哥拉山羊品种内个体差异。由此可见,引进陕北的辽宁绒山羊中某些个体可能含有安哥拉山羊血液。In order to find out kinship between Liaoning Cashmere goat introduced to Shaanbei and Angora goat,the D-loop district of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) of 30 cashmere goats selected randomly was determined and compared with that of Angora goat.The results showed that the range of nucleotide variation of Liaoning goat was 1.0-3.5,which was wider than that of Angora.And the length of mtDNA D-loop district was 1 212-1 213 bp.There were 63 variation locations in district.The range of nucleotide variation between two breeds was 0.8-4.4.The genetic distance among Liaoning Cashmere goats was 0.00163-0.02616 and that of Angora goats was 0.00080-0.00287.The difference among Angora goats is relatively small.The genetic distance between the two breeds was 0.00081-0.02165.The genetic distance of No.14 in Liaoning Cashmere goat was near to that of Angora goat.The minimum distance is 0.00081,which is even smaller than individual difference of Angora goat.Therefore,some Liaoning Cashmere goat introduced to Shaanbei may have the kinship of Angora goat.
