促孕灌注液中黄酮对小白鼠卵巢、子宫及激素的影响

摘　　要：研究促孕灌注液中黄酮促进排卵、治疗不孕症的疗效。21日龄小白鼠随机分为5组(促孕灌注液中提取黄酮高剂量组、促孕灌注液中提取黄酮中剂量组、促孕灌注液中提取黄酮低剂量组、空白组、促孕灌注液组),分别测定各组小白鼠子宫质量增量、卵泡发育情况、血清中雌二醇的含量。结果表明,促孕灌注液组、黄酮3个剂量组小鼠子宫质量增量、卵泡直径的增大、血清中雌二醇的含量均极显著高于空白组(P<0.01);黄酮剂量组中高剂量组的效果最显著,其次是中、低剂量组,3个剂量组之间差异显著(P<0.05);促孕灌注液组与高剂量组差异不显著(P<0.05)。促孕灌注液中黄酮具有促进小鼠生殖器官发育及排卵的作用。To study therapeutic effect of the flavonoids in fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid（FPL） on promoting ovulation and treating barrenness,21-days Mus musculus Albus were divided randomly into five groups,including high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group of the total flavonoids,blank group,and FPL group.The weight of the hystera and the follicular diameter,and the content of the aquadiol in blood serum in each group were tested separately.The results showed that in three dosage groups of the flavonoids and the FPL group,the weight of the hystera,the follicular diameter and the content of the aquadiol in blood serum increased significantly,comparing with the blank group（P〈0.01）.Flavonoids effect listed as high dose group〉middle dose group 〉low dose group.The difference among three dosage groups was remarkable（P〈0.05）.However,the difference between high dose group of the flavonoids and the FPL group was not remarkable（P〈0.05）.To conclusion,the flavonoids of the FPL had the effects of promoting growth of the generative organ and ovulation of the Mus musculus Albus.
