摘 要:利用6个不育系和8个恢复系配制不完全双列杂交组合,采用基因型×环境互作下的加性-显性遗传模型,研究杂交粳稻谷粒性状的遗传特性。结果表明,粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长宽比、长厚比、宽厚比的加性及加性×环境互作效应均达极显著水平;粒长、长厚比、宽厚比的显性效应达极显著水平,粒宽的显性×环境互作效应达极显著水平,粒宽的遗传存在显著的显性×环境互作效应。遗传相关分析表明,粒长与粒宽的加性和加性×环境互作效应、与长宽比的加性和加性×环境互作效应呈极显著的正相关,粒长与粒厚的加性×环境互作效应、与宽厚比的显性效应呈极显著负相关。Genetic effects of grain traits x experiment were analyzed with an additive-dominance genetic model in japonica hybrid rice.The incomplete diallel crosses were made between six sterile lines and eight restorer lines.The results showed that additive,interaction of additive and environmental effects of traits,including grain length,grain width,grain thickness,ratio of grain length to width and ratio of grain length to thickness,were significant at 0.01 level.Dominance effects of grain length,ratio of grain length to width,and ratio of grain width to thickness were significant at 0.01 level,Grain width was detected significant interaction of dominance and environmental effects at 0.05 level.The genetic correlation showed that interaction of additive and environmental effects of grain length and grain width were significant positive correlation with ratio of grain length to width at 0.01 level,interaction of additive and environmental effects of grain length and grain thickness were significant negative correlation with ratio of grain width to thickness of dominance effects at 0.01 level.
