不同温度型大豆花后上中节位叶片的生理特性

摘  要:以暖型大豆品种94101与冷型品种汾豆55为试验材料,分别测定上、中层节位叶片的净光合速率、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量。结果发现,在叶片功能期冷型汾豆55上层与中层均高于暖型94101的上、中层。2品种上层节位处于有利的空间位置,其叶片净光合速率、叶绿素、可溶性蛋白含量均高于中层节位。中层叶片遮阴、郁闭活性较弱,影响其功能发挥。产量测定表明,冷型汾豆55各层次都极显著高于暖型94101的各层次。94101上层产量显著高于中层;汾豆55则是中层显著高于上层。这源于冷型汾豆55良好的株型以及中层叶片较长的叶功能期和较大的叶面积。In order to research the changing of the physiological characteristics and yield at different temperatures,the net photosynthetic rate,the chlorophyll and soluble protein content of the upper and middle leaves were measured in the warm-type soybean 94101 and cold-type soybean Fendou 55.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll,and content of soluble protein of the upper and middle leaves in cold-type Fendou 55 were higher than those of warm-type 94101.Since the upper leaves positioning in the favorable space,so the net photosynthetic rate,the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaves were higher than in the middle leaves in both varieties.The activity of shading and canopy in the middle leaf is weaker,affecting its function.Yields of cold-type Fendou 55 at all levels are were significantly higher than those of the warm-type 94101.Considering,the upper yield of 94101 was significantly higher than the middle,but for Fendou 55,the middle yield was significantly higher than the upper.This is due to the good plant type,longer functional period of the middle leaves and larger LAI(leaf area index) of cold-type Fendou 55.
