基于集总参数电容的新型混合左右手传输线设计

摘　　要：基于混合左右手传输线(CRLH-TL)理论,结合LC网络单元结构,使用贴片电容和终端短路微带线,设计并制作了CRLH-TL.此CRLH-TL结构小巧,易于实现,有较好的性能.实验测量结果表明:此CRLH-TL的带宽为1 GHz～5 GHz;中心频率为2.97 GHz,此时传输线的相移为零;插入损耗低于1.3 dB,回波损耗大于10 dB.Based on the theory of composite right/left-handed transmission line （CRLH-TL） and the LC circuit network, a CRLH-TL using surface mounted capacitors and short-ended microstrip lines is presented. The CRLH-TL is compact and easy to fabricate, and its bandwidth is from 1 GHz to 5 GHz while the center frequency is a： 2.97 GHz, at which there is no phase shifting. The insertion loss is less than 1.3 dB, and the return loss is greater than 10 dB. Measurements agree well with simulation results.
