摘　　要：主要采用文献研究和逻辑分析,通过对美国劳工政策与反托拉斯政策之间关系的分析,引出了美国反托拉斯"法定劳工豁免"和"非法定劳工豁免"的论题。以对两种劳工豁免制度进行的研究为基础,阐述了美国的工会制度、《国家劳工关系法》的集体议价制度以及反托拉斯劳工豁免制度对职业体育领域的影响。By the methods of document study and logic analysis,the paper discusses the relations between the the US labor policy and antitrust policy. Based on the study on antitrust ＂Statutory Labor Exemption＂ and ＂Non-Statutory Labor Exemption＂,the paper expounds the US Labor Union system,the collective bargaining system of the ＂National Labor Relations Act＂ and the influence of antitrust labor exemption system on professional sports.
