摘  要:为了提高萜烯直接水合反应的转化率,以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,采用中试规模的喷射反应器,研究了萜烯类化合物的直接水合反应,建立了拟均相动力学模型,并进行了参数估值。研究结果表明,拟均相动力学模型能够与实验数据较好地吻合,在相同反应条件下,与传统的固定床反应器相比,二氢月桂烯(DHM)转化率提高了27%,莰烯转化率提高了10%,显示出喷射反应器在萜烯直接水合反应中具有较大的优势和工业应用前景。In order to increase the conversion of terpene,an investigation of direct hydration of terpene such as dihydromyrcene(DHM) and camphene was carried out using macroporous and strong acidic cation exchange resins as catalysts in a novel pilot-scale jet reactor.A pseudo-homogeneous kinetic model was established and the parameters were estimated based on experimental data.The study indicates that the calculated results from pseudo-homogeneous kinetic model are in a good agreement with the experimental data,and that the conversions of DHM and camphene in the jet reactor were increased by 27% and 10% in comparison with the traditional fixed bed reactor in the same reaction condition,respectively.It indicates that the jet reactor may have great advantages in the industrial applications of direct hydration of terpene.
