摘  要:针对四探针法测量焊点电阻的不足,提出了五探针差分微电阻测量技术。采用四探针法和五探针差分法对试样进行在线测量,并对两种方法采集的数据进行了分析对比。研究结果表明:五探针差分法能够精确测量焊点的电阻,相对四探针法,误差减少了20%~30%。提高了电阻应变的精确度,更能真实反映焊点的蠕变特性。The thesis, for the deficiency of four probe measurement in solder joint resistance, has put forward the five probe difference micro resistance measurement technology, sample was measured real time by four probe method and five probe difference method, and then author analyzed and compared the data from above two methods. The results show that five probe difference method can measure resistance of solder joint accurately, error decreases by 20%-30% compared with four probe method. The precision of resistance strain also is increased and characteristic of solder joint creep is reflected truly.
