摘　　要：目前志书经济部类编纂的聚焦点主要有六个:1.经济部类虽是第二轮志书的重点,但已不是重量级的部类;2.城市建设、交通运输、邮政电信、电力、水利由经济部类的基础设施,到全社会的基础设施,再到第三产业,反映了事物运行的逻辑关系;3.经济体制改革是时代的特点,也是第二轮志书反映的难点,应采用集中与分散相结合的方式记述;4.产业不是志书经济部类的特有,但成为志书分类争论的焦点。在经济部类产业划分上,地方志书可以借鉴《国民经济行业分类》标准对产业进行分类记述。就整部志书来说,其分类标准应以社会分工、部门设置以及学科研究相结合;5.工业和企业在经济部类中有地位,但没有分量;6.商贸与服务行业如何记述,其内容编写、模式还在探索中,有必要进一步探讨。The present compilation of the economic category of local records has mainly six points of focus: 1. The economic category, though it is still the emphasis of the second round local records, is no longer the category of the first importance. 2. Urban construction, communications and transportation, electricity, water conservancy, which serve first as the infrastructure of the economic category, then as the infrastructure of all society and finally as tertiary industry, have experienced the process of development reflecting the logic of functioning of things. 3. Reform of economic system is both the characteristics of the times and the difficulty of the compilation of the second round local records. Therefore the combination of centralization approach and decentralization approach in the compilation is recommended. 4. Industries are not the specialties of the economic category of local records, but they have become the focus of debate in the classification of local records. Local records can use the criterion set up in Industrial Classification of National Economy for reference in order to classify and describe various industries. The criterion of classification for a complete record book should combine the approaches related to social division, sector arrangements and discipline research. 5. Industries and enterprises have their place in the economic category, but they are not as important as they ought to be. 6. The way to record business, trade and service, and their contents and pattern of the compilation should be further explored and discussed.
