我国利益集团对群体性事件的影响探析

摘　　要：我国近年来群体性事件频发的原因是多维的,我国利益集团对群体性事件的的影响是诸多原因中一个主要的原因。基于这种认识,依据我国现有的利益集团对群体性事件的作用,厘定了我国利益集团的类型和特点;进而对我国各类利益集团引发群体性事件的机理进行了分析;最后对利益集团视域下治理群体性事件的对策进行了探讨。The reasons for the frequent occurrence of mass disturbances in recent years in our country are many-sided, and the influence of interest groups is only one of them. Based on this understanding, this paper clarifies the types and characteristics of interest groups in our country according to their functions, then analyzes the reasons for mass disturbances caused by interest groups, and finally discusses the countermeasures to deal with these mass disturbances from the perspective of interest groups.
