摘 要:以阳泉无烟煤(YQ)、聊城贫煤(LC)和里彦烟煤(LY)为研究对象,在卧式管状炉上重点考察了O2/N2和O2/CO2气氛下,三种煤粉燃烧过程中NO的析出规律。实验结果表明O2/CO2气氛能够减小NO的析出速率,并且降低NO的转化率。相比较O2/N2气氛,NO析出曲线平坦,峰值小,持续时间长,在1 173 K的温度条件下,YQ、LC和LY的NO转化率分别为31.45%、20.58%、17.73%,比相应的O2/N2气氛下降低了20.48%、12.42%和24.78%。在1 173 K范围内,提高温度对O2/N2和O2/CO2气氛下的NO转化有均有促进作用,超过此温度则转化率变化不明显。CaCO3的加入促进了NO的析出,并且YQ、LC在Ca/S小于2,LY在Ca/S小于3时,随着CaCO3量的增加NO转化率提高较为明显,进一步提高Ca/S,则固硫剂的作用有所削弱。相对于O2/N2气氛,O2/CO2气氛下的加钙脱硫可以抑制NO的生成,相同条件下的NO转化率可降低25%左右。A series of experiments were conducted with Yang-Quan anthracite(YQ)、Liao-Cheng lean-coal(LC) and Li-Yan soft-coal(LY) selected as the samples on a horizontal tube bed,and the emphasis was to clarify the NO releasing law during combustion of the three coals under O2/N2 and O2/N2 atmospheres respectively.Results show that the rate of NO releasing from coal is smaller in O2/CO2 atmosphere compared to O2/N2 atmosphere and also is the conversion fraction.In CO2 condition,the peak value of NO releasing is depressed also with smoother curve though long-drawn.The conversion fractions of NO for YQ,LC and LY gain 31.45%,20.58% and 17.73% respectively,which is reduced by 20.48%,12.42% and 24.78% compared to O2/N2.When temperature is lower than 1 173 K,the conver sion increases according to the elevation of temperature,and it becomes flat if temperature further heightened.It is also founded that CaCO3 has the effect of prompting the releasing process of NO,and for YQ and LC the efficiency improves evidently with value of mole ratio marked as Ca/S in the range of 2,and for LY this one can be enhanced to 3.Beyond these values,the prompting effect will become feeble.Compared to O2/N2 atmosphere,prompted effect of CaCO3 on transform efficiency could be depressed in O2/ CO2 atmosphere with a 25% reduction under the same conditions.
