摘　　要：结合土地利用的动态演变特征和马尔柯夫模型性质,利用马尔柯夫模型对湘潭市土地利用变化类型进行了预测,通过将实际利用数据与预测结果对比,结果表明与实际用地情况相符,从而验证了利用马尔柯夫过程预测城市土地变化趋势的可行性。Combining with the characteristics of dynamic changes of the land utility and the features of Markov model,the paper predicts the changes types of the land utility in Xiangtan by using Markov model,and indicates the results are consistent with the factual land use by comparing the used data and the prediction results,so as to prove that the adoption of the Markov model to predict the changes of using urban lands is feasible.
