硝酸甘油联合低分子肝素钠治疗肺心病合并冠心病心衰的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察硝酸甘油联合低分子肝素钠治疗肺心病合并冠心病心衰的临床效果。方法：对2005年12月至2009年5月我院收治的38例肺心病合并冠心病心衰患者分为采用常规治疗的对照组19例和在常规治疗基础上加用硝酸甘油联合低分子肝素钠治疗的观察组19例。对两组的治疗效果作比较。结果：观察组与对照组治愈的总有效率分别为89．47％，63．16％。治疗效果相比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用硝酸甘油和低分子肝素钠治疗慢性肺心痛合并冠心痛心衰具有安全、有效的优点，值得临床推广。The goal observation blasting oil unites the low molecular heparin sodium to treat the clinical effect which heart disease from lung disorders merge coronary disease heart fades; The method May, 2009 my courtyard admitting 38 example heart disease from lung disorders merge coronary disease heart fades to from December, 2005 to the patient to divide into uses the conventional treatment the control group 19 examples and adds in the conventional treatment foundation with the blasting oil unites the low molecular heparin sodium treatment the observation group 19 examples, makes the comparison to two group of treatment resalts; Finally the observation group and the control group cures the total effectiveness respectively is 89.47% ,63.16%.
