微创YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针治疗外伤性颅内血肿的应用体会

摘　　要：目的：通过对我院用YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针微创钻孔穿刺清除外伤性颅内血肿154例的临床资料进行分析。方法：讨论YL—1型血肿粉碎穿刺钎在外伤性颅内血肿治疗中应用的手术适应证、微创时机的选择及此手术优点。结果：复查头颅CT所有患者术后引流基本满意，临床症状好转快。结论：YL-1型血肿粉碎穿刺针微创钻孔穿刺吸除法，是种简便、准确、有效的方法，而且患者负担小、反应轻，达到治疗预后好，比起开颅手术创伤要小的，对外伤性颅内血肿的治疗开辟了新的途径。Objective： To use the hospital hematoma smash YL-1 type of minimally invasive needle puncture hole cleared 154 eases of traumatic intracranial hematoma analysis of clinical data. Methods： Discussion hematoma smash YL-1 type needle in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma applied surgical indications, timing of this minimally invasive surgical advantages. Results： The review of all patients with postoperative cranial CT were satisfied, clinical symptoms improved rapidly. Conelusion： YL-1 type of minimally invasive hematoma smash needle aspiration biopsy drilling division, is the kind of simple, accurate and effective method, but the burden of patients with small, light reaction to treatment and prognosis is good,Smaller than the cranial trauma, and on the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma opened up new avenues.
