摘　　要：目的：研究腹股沟疝环填充式无张力疝修补手术方式和治疗效果.方法：回顾性分析3年我科72例疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床资料.结果：全部病例均痊愈,平均住院6d,术后伤口异物感者4例,随访2-24个月无复发.结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术操作简单、安全、痛苦小,恢复快,复发率及感染率低,为目前腹股沟疝的治疗的最佳术式之一.Objective To study the treatment effects of inguinal hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair and surgical treatmen. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 72 cases with plug tension-free hernia repair surgery retrospectively. Results All patients were cured and time of stay was mean 6 days after operation without recurrence, postoperative wound foreign dody sensation in 4 cases, no recurrence follow-up of 2-24 months. Conclusion Plug tension-free hernia repair is simple, safe, no pain and rapid recovery, relapse rate and a low infection rate. It is one of the best way to the treatment of inguinal hernia operation.
