摘　　要：目的：探讨宫外孕的超声图像特征及超声对宫外孕的诊断价值.方法：对102例宫外孕进行超声检查并与手术结果对照.结果：102例中,超声诊断宫外孕92例,正确率90.2%（92/102）.误诊率9.8%（10/102）.结论：超声对临床疑诊的宫外孕具有明确的诊断及鉴别诊断价值,为临床手术提供了很好的依据.Objective： To explore the characteristics of ultrasonic images of ectopic pregnancy and the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing eetoyic pregnancy. Methods： Ultrasonography was performed in 102 patients with ectopic pregnancy,and the results were compared with operation. Results. The ultrasonography correct diagnostic rate was 90.2% （92/102）, the missing rate was 9.8% （10/102）. Conclusion： Uhrasonography is an valuabb method in the diagnosis and difference diagnosis of patients of ectopic pregnancy, which could provide a good basis for clinical surgery.
