改良式阴式子宫切除术在妇科微创手术中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨改良式阴式子宫切除术的微创价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年2月-2008年6月行改良式阴式子宫切除术患者45例的临床资料。结果：45例子宫44例经阴道切除，仅1例因较大阔韧带肌瘤转开腹，无1例盆腔脏器损伤，跟小于孕12周组相比，大子宫、有过下腹部手术史、合并阴道前后壁膨出者手术时间较长、出血量较多、术后恢复时间差别不大。结论：改良式阴式子宫切除术是一种相对简单、安全、有效的微创术式，值得推广和应用。Objective Explore improved vaginal hysterectomy value of the minimally invasive . Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2007 to June 2008 improved to vaginal hysterectomy in patients with 45 cases of clinical data. Results 45 cases of 44 cases of vaginal removal, because only one case of larger fibroids to open broad ligament, not one case of pelvic organ damage, With less than 12 weeks pregnant group, had a history of abdominal surgery under the merger Qian Houbi protruding vaginal surgery, A longer time, more blood loss, less postoperative recovery time difference. Conclusion Improved vaginal hysterectomy is a relatively simple, safe and effective minimally invasive procedure, should be promoted and applied.
