摘  要:目的:探讨经滤除白细胞后的红细胞悬液质量,降低非溶血性发热输血反应发生率,保障临床安全输血.方法:应用全自动血细胞计数仪、分光光度计和Nageotte 计数法测定过滤前后血液中白细胞浓度、血小板浓度、红细胞含量、FHb及MCV ,MCH,MCHC等血液指标;比较滤白红细胞悬液与非滤白红细胞制剂输注发生非溶血性发热反应的病例数量.结果:滤白红细胞悬液白细胞滤除率达99.9%; 血小板去除率达98.9%; 红细胞回收率达91.8%;过滤前后, FHb无显著变化,红细胞平均数指标MCV ,MCH,MCHC 无显著变化,红细胞功能良好.结论:滤白红细胞悬液的输注, 进一步保障了临床输血安全,减少了输血患者感染机会、输血非溶血性发热反应、输血后感染和并发症.是现代输血的科学体现.Objective To evaluate the quality of suspension of red blood cells after filtering leukocyte and reduce the rate of nonhemolytic febrile reaction, and ensure the safety of blood transfusion. Methods Measure concentrations of RED, WBC, Platelet, FHB, MCH, MCHC in the blood of pre and post filtering. Compare the rate of nonhemolytic febrile reaction in the patients received suspension of red blood cells after filtering leukocyte or not. Results the filtration efficiency rates for WBC, RED and platelet were 99.9%, 98.9%, 91.8%. There were no significantly changes in the concentrations of FHB, MCV, MCH, MCHC in the blood of pre and post filtering. Conclusion Transfusion of suspension of red blood cells after filtering leukocyte can reduce the rate of nonhemolytic febrile reaction, post--transfusion infection, and other complications.
