老年人腹腔镜术前、术后评价健康教育的临床意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年人腹腔镜手术前后及时给予健康教育的临床意义.方法：利用讲解、幻灯片、患者之间交流的方法.结果：适时的健康指导使老年人积极配合治疗和护理,在46例老年人腹腔镜术中其治愈率达到100%,无一例并发症发生.结论：老年人在了解腹腔镜术前和术后注意事项后,积极配合治疗,可提高临床治愈好转率,降低并发症的发生率,缩短住院日,在临床收到较好的效果.to explore the peritoneal cavity mirror before and after the operation for health education and clinical significance, methods： to explain, slides, use of communication between the patient, as a result, a timely guidance to the health of the elderly to actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing, with 46 eases in the stomach and in the mirror up to 100% , an example of the complications occur, conclusion： the peritoneal cavity mirror on preoperative attention, and will actively cooperate with the treatment to improve the clinical cure.
