摘 要:针对中浅薄层低品位稠油油藏特点开发研究了隔热注采工艺技术。该技术采用139.7mm套管完井和普通油管环空气体隔热注采,解决了稠油蒸汽吞吐生产中光油管注汽时热损失大影响开发效果,注汽时固井水泥环易受到破坏造成管外窜等问题。首次在139.7mm套管井内成功实现多轮次不动管柱隔热、注汽、采油一体化作业,减少了作业工作量和作业占产时间,充分利用了蒸汽热能。目前该技术已在中浅薄层稠油油田全面推广应用,成为中浅层稠油开发的一项主导技术。An thermal insulation technology has been studied and developed in mid-shallow heavy oil reservoirs with low quality oil. This technology utilizes φ139.7mm casing to complete well and use the conventional tubing with annular gas to insulate heat, resolving the problems such as heat loss during the steam injection through blank tubing in the new block's steam soak , which can influence the development effects, and result in the poor formation consolidation and cement mantle damages during steam injection, with a result of steam channeling outside casing . The technology has completed several round heat insulation, steam injection and production together on one string trip in the casing of φ139. 7mm, by which the operation work load and downtime have been decreased, and the steam energy is used fully. At present , this new technology has been fully promoted in the shallow layer heavy oil field and become a leading technology.
