摘　　要：目的 探讨正常中国汉族成人岛叶体积与年龄的相关性,为岛叶病变的临床诊断提供直接依据.方法 从全国不同地区选择健康汉族成人志愿者1000例,按年龄分为5组,每组200例,每组内男女各半.对每位志愿者用1.5T MR扫描仪进行研究,应用Aquariusws软件手动逐层勾画出岛叶边界,软件自动测算出其体积.结果 中国汉族正常成人岛叶体积正常值范围：18～30岁组右侧岛叶体积正常值范围（8027.984±1156.219） mm^3,左侧岛叶体积正常值范围（8268.385±1221.406） mm^3,31～40岁组右侧岛叶体积正常值范围（7636.231±1075.381） mm^3,左侧岛叶体积正常值范围（8067.443±1106.699） mm^3,41～50岁组右侧岛叶体积正常值范围（7294.523±986.201） mm^3,左侧岛叶体积正常值范围（7868.664±1109.112） mm^3 ,51～60岁组右侧岛叶体积正常值范围（7249.137±1068.246） mm^3,左侧岛叶体积正常值范围（7603.443±1110.821） mm^3;61～80岁组右侧岛叶体积正常值范围（6717.196±915.656） mm^3,左侧岛叶体积正常值范围（6997.477±934.568） mm^3 .结论 岛叶体积与年龄呈负相关,即随着年龄的增大岛叶体积逐渐缩小.Objective To study the correlation between the volume of insula and age in healthy Chinese Han adults. Methods 1000 healthy Chinese Han adults were selected from whole country,and were divided into five groups,each guoup included 200 persons,half male and female. All of them underwent MR imaging examination 1.5 Tesla MR scanner. The margins of insula were outlinted manually using Aquariusws software,and the volumes of the insulas were calculated automatically. Results In 18- 30 years group,the insula volumes were （8027. 984± 1156. 219）mm^3 in right side and（ 8268. 385 ± 1221. 406）mm^3 in left side ;in 31-40 years group,were （7636. 231±1075. 381）mm^3 in right side and （8067. 443 ± 1106. 699） in left side; in 41-50 years group, were （7294. 523±986. 201）mm^3 in right side and（7868. 664±1109. 112） in left side;in 51-60 years group,were（7249. 137±1068. 246） mm^3 in right side and（7603. 443±1110. 821）mm^3 in left side;in 61-80 years group,were（6717. 196±915. 656） mm^3 in right side and（6997. 477±934. 568） mm^3 in left side. Conclusion There is significant negative correlation between the volume of insula and age,the insula volumes are decreased with aging.
