摘　　要：目的 探讨先天性TORCH感染的脑部CT表现.方法 对35例血清学检查证实的先天性TORCH感染的脑部CT表现进行回顾性分析.结果 头颅CT显示32例在室管膜下及脑实质内有钙化,脑发育不良29例、脑室扩大积水15例、脑畸形8例.其钙化的范围和时间与感染的程度及病程有关,感染越早脑发育不良和畸形越严重.结论 典型的CT表现结合临床可提示TORCH感染, 血清学检查具有诊断意义.Objective To study CT manifestations of the brain in congenital TORCH infections. Methods CT features of 35 cases of congenital TORCH infections confirmed by serum examination were retrospectively analysed. Results CT showed intracranial calcifications in 32 patients, cerebral dysplasia in 29 cases, enlarg ventricle in 15 cases, brain anomalies in 8 cases. The extent and appearance of calcifications in brain were related to the degree and course of TORCH infection. The earlier the infection, the more severe the brain developmental anomalies. Conclusion TORCH infections is of might be suggested with typical CT features in combination with clinical data, while serological test diagnostic value.
