摘　　要：目的 探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影检查在人工血管移植术后随访复查中的应用价值.方法 对23例人工血管移植术后的患者定期进行64层螺旋CT血管造影检查,利用容积再现（VR）、多平面重组（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）、血管探针等技术方法分析移植血管的通畅情况.结果 23例患者中,5例上腔静脉综合征、4例主动脉瘤及1例布加综合征患者的移植血管在观察期内均通畅;13例下肢动脉粥样硬化患者的移植血管在观察期内3例通畅,5例轻度狭窄,2例中重度狭窄,3例闭塞.结论 64层螺旋CT血管造影检查对于人工血管移植术后的随访复查具有重要价值.Objective To evaluate the value of 64--slice spiral CT angiography （CTA）in following-up artificial vascular graft. Methods 64-slice spiral CT angiography was done in 23 patients who accepted artificial vascular graft. Images were analyzed on the basis of the transverse CT source data including volume rendering（VR） and multiplanar reconstruction（MPR） and curved planar reconstruction（CPR） and vessel probe（VP）. Results In 23 cases,there were superior vena cava syndrome in 5 cases, aortic aneurysm in 4 cases, Budd--Chiari syndrome in one case, all the transplanted vessel in these cases were keeping unobstructed. While in 13 cases with lower limb atherosclerosis, the transplanted vessels were keeping opening in 3, slight stenosis in 5, remarkable stenosis in 2 and obstruction in 3. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography is of significant value and can be used as a tool for long-term followup.
