摘  要:以美国大速不结球生菜为材料,采用水培法研究了单一甘氨酸和谷氨酸分别替代营养液中20%硝态氮处理以及配合施加钼(0.002 mmol·L-1)处理对植株叶片鲜重和营养品质的影响.结果显示:(1)单一甘氨酸、谷氨酸替代处理培养12~16d,均可显著提高生菜叶片的鲜重和品质,其中甘氨酸对降低叶片硝酸盐含量、提高游离氨基酸和维生素C含量的效果好于谷氨酸,而谷氨酸促进生长和提高可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量的效果好于甘氨酸.(2)甘氨酸与钼配合施用培养8~16 d的叶片鲜重显著高于单独甘氨酸替代处理,而谷氨酸与钼配合施用处理叶片鲜重与单独谷氨酸替代处理无显著差异;钼的配合施用进一步提高了甘氨酸、谷氨酸改善品质的作用效果,其叶片游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量显著提高,而硝酸盐含量显著降低,但甘氨酸与钼配合施用效果较好.研究表明,甘氨酸、谷氨酸均可作为生菜生长的氮源,并与钼配合施用对提高生菜产量和品质具有协同配合效应,且以甘氨酸与钼配施12 d效果较好.A hydroponics trial was conducted to investigate the effect of glycine(Gly),glutamic acid(Glu) used as partial replacing NO3——N and 0.002 mmol·L-1 molybdenum(Mo) in nutrient solution on yield and quality in leaves of non-heading lettuce variety 'Dasu' during 0~16 d cultivation.The experiment was setting 5 treatments:14 mmol·L-1 NO3-N and 0.000 1 mmol·L-1 Mo(CK),20% Gly partial replacement NO3-N(Gly),20% Gly partial replacement NO3-N+0.002 mmol·L-1 Mo(Gly+Mo),20% Glu partial replacement NO3-N(Glu) and 20% Glu partial replacement NO3-N+0.002 mmol·L-1 Mo(Glu+Mo) in nutrient solution.The results showed that Gly and Glu partial replacing treatments were more effective in enhancing fresh weight and quality in leaves of lettuce during 12~16 d.The effects by Gly partial replacing treatment on decrease the nitrate contents and increase the concentrations of free amino acid and vitamin C was better than Glu treatments,while the effect by Glu partial replacing treatment was better on increase the growth and contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and chlorophyll in leaves.Fresh weight of leaves with Gly+Mo treatment was significantly higher than that with single Gly replacing treatment during 8~16 d,but there was no significant difference between Glu+Mo and Glu treatments.Mo application had a positive correlation with improving growth and quality of lettuce under Gly and Gly partial replacing treatments,in which free amino acids,soluble protein,vitamin C,soluble sugar and chlorophyll content in leaves were significantly increased,but the nitrate content was significantly decreased.And the effect with Gly+Mo treatment was better than that with Glu+Mo.The results suggested that Gly and Glu could be used as nitrogen source to cultivate lettuce and Mo application had played a synergy effect in improving yield and quality of lettuce.However,the effect on promoting growth and improving quality was best with Gly+Mo cultivation for 12~16 d.
