摘　　要：目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者外周血单核细胞(PBMC)环氧合酶2(COX-2)与白细胞介素(IL)6、IL-8的关系。方法利用逆转录-PCR方法检测MHD患者(A组,42例)、慢性肾衰竭非透析患者(B组,26例)、正常人(C组,20例)PBMCCOX-2、IL-6、IL-8的mRNA表达。结果 C组PBMC中未检测到COX-2、IL-6、IL-8的mRNA表达;A组明显高于B组(P<0.05),且COX-2与IL-6、IL-8存在正相关关系(r=0.895,0.880)(P<0.01)。结论 MHD患者存在微炎症状态,COX-2与IL-6和IL-8间的正反馈效应可加剧其发展。Objective To investigate the relationship of cyclooxyenase-2（COX-2） in peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs） and interleukin（IL）-6,IL-8 in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）.Methods COX-2,IL-6 and IL-8 gene expressions were measured by reverse transcription-PCR in 42 patients undergoing MHD（group A）,26 undialyzed uremia patients（group B） and 20 normal controls（group C）.Results mRNA expresions of COX-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in PBMCs were not detected in group C.Expressions of COX-2,IL-6 and IL-8 in PBMCs were significantly higher in group A than those in group B（P0.05）.Expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with that of IL-6 or IL-8 in group A （r=0.895 or 0.880）（P0.01）.Conclusion There is microinflammatory state in MHD patients,which may be deteriorated by the positive feedback efficiency between COX-2 and IL-6 or IL-8.
