摘　　要：本文复习2例肝脏孤立性坏死结节的临床及病理资料,并行免疫组织化学标记和特殊染色.结合文献探讨肝脏孤立性坏死结节的临床、病理特点及可能的病因.In this report,we present two cases of solitary necrotic nodule （SNN） of the liver.The clinical,pathological and immunohistochemical datas of these two patients are analyzed and a review of relevant literature is conducted to investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics and possible causes of SNN.
