摘 要:用30头6岁左右荷兰系荷斯坦—弗里西斯(Holstein-Frihsn)母牛随机分为五组,每组6只,饲喂5周正常日粮和不同水平高碘日粮,以观察安全范围内(≤40mgI/kg)的高碘饲粮牛奶中碘含量的变化和奶品质、奶牛生产性能与对照组的差异。实验表明,在高碘日粮实验组牛奶中碘含量分别为157±31μg/100ml(10mg/kg饲粮组),236±43μg/100ml(20mgI/kg饲粮组),301±47μg/100ml(30mgI/kg饲粮组)和362±56μg/100ml(40mgI/kg饲粮组),较对照组牛奶中碘含量18±5μg/100ml(034mgI/kg饲粮)相应高9~20倍,差异极显著。实验组与对照组牛奶品质和奶牛生产性能均无显著差异。试验结果表明,通过高碘饲粮可以大幅度提高牛奶中碘含量。The feeding experiment involved 30 Holstein-Frihisn cows into 5 groups (n=6) during 5 weeks. The effects of high iodine supply under safety limit (40 mgI/kg feed) on milk, the quality of the eggs and performance of the cows in experimental and control groups were studied. In the four experimental groups high iodine supplies caused a much higher iodine content: 15.73.1 g/100 g (10 mgI/kg feed group),23.64.3 g/100 g (20 mgI/kg feed group),30.14.7 g/100 g (30 mgI/kg feed group) and 36.25. 6 g/100 g (40 mgI/kg feed group), 920 times in milk than those in the control group 1.80.5 g/100 g (0.34 mgI/kg feed). There were no differences between the experimenral groups and the control group in either the quality of the milk and performance of the cows. The results of the experiment showed that iodination of cow fodder caused much higher iodine contents in milk.
