G5振动排痰机在支气管扩张并呼吸衰竭患者的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨G5振动排痰机在支气管扩张并呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用价值。方法将支气管扩张并呼吸衰竭患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用排痰机排痰和体位引流,对照组采用传统的手叩背排痰和体位引流。观察各组每日排痰量、患者症状、胸部体征、动脉血气分析变化。结果治疗组每日排痰量、患者症状、胸部体征、动脉血气分析变化等较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 G5振动排痰机对支气管扩张并呼吸衰竭患者协助排痰效果显著,有利于感染控制,改善通气和氧合功能,缩短住院天数,降低治疗费用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of G5 percussive mobilizer sputum elimination apparatus in brochitectasis combined with respiratory failure.Methods The patients with brochitectasis and respiratory failure were devided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group were treated with vibration sputum elimination apparatus and postural drainage,the control group were treated with knock expectoration and postural drainage.Daily sputum volume,clinical symptoms,thoracic signs and arterial blood gas analysis changes were observed.Results The daily sputum volume,clinical symptoms,thoracic signs and arterial blood gas analysis changes of the treatment group has significant difference compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion G5 percussive mobilizer sputum elimination apparatus had signifcant effect in assisting expectoration in patients with brochitectasis and respiratory failure,which could help to control the infection and reduce the inpatient days and costs.
