摘  要:目的观察红花黄色素对脑梗死患者凝血机制的影响。方法分别以比浊法和凝固法检测应用红花黄色素治疗前后脑梗死患者血小板最大聚集率和凝血全套各指标的变化。结果经红花黄色素治疗后,脑梗死患者活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原凝固时间(FIBT)明显延长,纤维蛋白原浓度(FIB)和由二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原(Coll)、花生四烯酸(ACA)诱导的血小板最大聚集率(MAR)显著降低,而凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、凝血酶时间(TT)和由凝血酶诱导的MAR无明显变化。结论红花黄色素可抑制脑梗死患者的血小板聚集及改善其血流动力学,而对PT、TT、INR等无明显影响,是治疗脑梗死的一种安全有效的药物。Objective The study was designed to investigate the Safflower yellow pigment blood coagulation in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Using Turbidimetry and Coagulation method,the maximum aggregation ration(MAR)of platelet and markers of blood coagulation were detected before and after the usage of Safflower yellow pigment.Results After the usage of Safflower yellow pigment,the elongation of serum activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen coagulation time(FIBT)were significan(P〈0.05).The concentration of fibrinogen and MAR induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP),collagen,or arachidonic acid(ACA)were decreased markedly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).However,the changes of prothrombin tim(ePT),international standardized ratio(INR),thrombin tim(eTT),and MAR induced by thrombin were not significant(P0.05).Conclusion Due to the inhibition on platelet aggregation and blood coagulation,Safflowe yellow pigment was an effective and safety drug for patients with cerebral infarction.
