低层高密度住宅的居住物理指标研究——基于传统城市肌理保护的思考

摘　　要：在传统城市的保护与更新项目中,低层住宅的高密度是实现传统城市肌理保护的基本要素。但现行的低层住宅形式、住宅及住宅区规划设计规范已不能满足传统城市肌理保护对建筑密度的要求。以安品街的保护与更新为例,以平衡土地资源、保证居住质量为原则,研究居住空间环境物理性能指标,探讨比现行低层住宅更高密度的方法,从而适应传统城市肌理保护的要求。The high density of low-rise house offers a way to protect the treditional urban fabric in urban renewal projects.The present form of low-rise residents and existing residential planning norm are not guaranteed the density that the traditional urban fabric required.Taking the urban renewal project--＂Anpinjie＂ for example,the thesis studies the quality of inner-house,trying to find a way to obtain a high density of low-rise house adapting to the traditional urban fabric in the principle of balancing the land usage and living quality.
