摘 要:碱酸法是石墨提纯的主要方法,应用很广泛,但是提纯效果并不理想,其制备的石墨产品固定碳含量通常无法达到99.9%。通过对工艺流程中各阶段的石墨样品及洗涤过滤液进行分析检测,得出了提纯效果的制约因素。经过水浸洗涤处理,含Si杂质没有被完全去除,酸浸时又容易形成很难除去的硅胶,造成Si无法根除,限制了石墨纯度的提高,此外试验原料灰分含量较高也会对提纯效果造成影响。The alkali-acid method is a main way of purifying graphite,which is widely applied,but the refining effect is not very good.The fixed carbon content of the graphite product which was achieved by the alkali-acid method was generally less than 99.9%.In this study,the restrictive factors of refining effect were obtained through the analysis and detection of graphite samples and filtrates in the different stages of technological process.After immersion and washing treatment,Si impurity wasn't complete removed,but it was easy to form silica gel which was very difficult to be eliminated.So it would limit the graphite purity to be enhanced.The test material with high ash content also affected refining effect.
