药物利用评价标准建立的方法探讨及实践

摘　　要：目的:开展药物利用评价(DUE)标准的建立与实践工作,为建立DUE标准的方法提供参考。方法:利用文献研究对DUE标准的概念、原则和建立方法进行分析,采用专家咨询调查法建立DUE标准。结果与结论:DUE标准建立有参考权威标准制定和自己制定2种方法,但各有优缺点;基于美国医院药师协会已有标准为模板制定标准有一定可行性,但应结合我国国情进行修订;采用专家咨询调查法对DUE标准进行制定和修订是较好的方法,但应采用更多量化指标进行标准质量控制。建议采用循证医学、药学和临床实验论证建立DUE参考标准,组织专家编写成统一标准予以公布,供医疗机构在具体的临床药学工作中参考。OBJECTIVE：To establish DUE standard and put it into practice in order to provide reference for the method for the establishment of DUE standard. METHODS：Literature analysis was applied to analyze the concept,principle and establishment method of DUE standard. DUE standard was established using Delphi technique. RESULTSCONCLUSION：DUE standard could be established according to authoritative standard or formulated by their own. Both have its advantages and disadvantages. DUE standard is feasible with ASHP standards as template but it should be revised according to the condition of China. Delphi technique is a good method for the formulation and revision of standard but standard quality control should be conducted with more quantitative index. It is suggested to establish DUE standard using evidence-based medicine and clinical trials and to organize experts to compile DUE standards and publish it as a reference for specific clinical pharmacy in hospitals.
