摘　　要：目的:应用药物利用评估(DUE)程序开展临床药学服务,探讨医院开展临床药学新的工作模式。方法:介绍蚌埠医学院第一附属医院利用DUE程序开展的临床药学服务工作,并对我院销售金额较大的2种抗菌药物——头孢替安和头孢西丁钠的临床应用进行了典型病例分析和回顾性应用评估。结果:通过实施DUE程序,有利于帮助临床药师发现药物临床应用中好的方面和不理想的方面,为临床药师参与查房和会诊、开展临床药学服务提供理论基础。结论:DUE临床药学工作模式提高了临床药学服务水平,给医疗、护理以及医院的管理者和社会提供有用的药物使用信息。OBJECTIVE：To develop clinical pharmaceutical care using drug use evaluation（DUE）program and to explore work mode of clinical pharmacy. METHODS：DUE program was used for developing clinical pharmaceutical care. The utilization of cefotiam and cefoxitin sodium in typical case,whose consumption sum was large in our hospitals,was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS：DUE process helped clinical pharmacists to find out advantage and disadvantage of clinical application of drugs,which provided theoretical basis for clinical pharmacists participating in ward around and consultation and pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacy DUE mode improve clinical pharmaceutical care and afford useful information of drug use for medical care,hospital managers and society.
