摘　　要：分析了煤炭企业人才需求与大学生就业现状,论述了引导和鼓励毕业生面向煤炭基层就业的重要意义。以中国矿业大学(北京)为例,解析了该校引导毕业生面向煤炭行业就业的举措。This paper analyzes the actuality in manpower demands in coal enterprises and the university graduate employment situation.The paper sets forth the important significance in encouraging university graduates to work in the coal sector.Taking China University of Mining Technology（Beijing） as an example,this paper also presents an account about the measures and practice of this University in encouraging university graduates to get employed in coal enterprise.
