摘　　要：实现高等教育大众化不仅要扩大高等教育规模,更要优化高等教育结构。发达国家高等教育大众化的经验证明,高等教育结构优化的标准包括两个方面:一是必须能够满足人们多样化的高等教育需求,二是必须与经济社会发展需要相适应。唯此,高等教育才能实现可持续发展。高等教育结构失衡是导致当前我国大学生结构性失业的主要原因,而优化高等教育结构是解决大学生结构性失业的有效途径。为此,政府需要加强宏观调控,高校需要明确定位,民众则需要理性选择。It is not only the expansion of higher-education scale, but also the optimization of higher-education structure to achieve the higher-education popularization. It has been proved by the experiences of higher-education popularization in the developed countries that the standards of the optimization include two aspects： first, it is necessary to satisfy the people＇s diverse needs of higher education; second, it is necessary to suit the needs of economic and so- eial development. Only by doing so, can higher education achieve the sustainable development. Currently the main rea- son for structural unemployment of college students is the imbalance of higher-education structure. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve the structural unemployment of college students to optimize the higher-education structure. To this end, the governments need to strengthen macro-control, universities need to position themselves clearly and people need to make their rational choices.
