摘  要:随着我国职业教育的深入发展,对"双师型"教师的素质要求也越来越高。在当前我国"双师型"教师的培养培训机制不太完善、经费配套不太到位以及社会观念对高职教育还没有完全认同的情况下,"双师型"教师要积极、有效地运用各种途径开展研究以提高自身素质,即"双师型"教师要认真研究职业教育的教育教学规律,准确把握高职学生的心理,结合区域经济发展的特点研究课程改革,积极开展实用性技术研究,以服务地方经济。With the deepened development of China's vocational education, the requirements for the quality of "Double-Competency'Teacher is becoming higher and higher, Currently the training mechanism of "double-eompeten- ey"teachers in China is less than perfect, the related funds are not allocated and the social outlook for vocational edu- cation hasn't been fully recognized yet, under which the"double-competency'teachers should take positive and effective measures to make researches to improve themselves, namely they must research seriously the laws of teaching in voca- tional education, grasp accurately the psychology of students in vocational colleges, study the reform of curriculums in combination with the characteristics of regional economic development and actively carry out the researches of practical technology so as to serve the local economy.
