摘　　要：目的:通过对我院50例高龄患者行血管手术麻醉的处理进行分析,对麻醉经验进行总结。方法:收集我院2年间行血管手术高龄患者病例50例,按麻醉方式分为全身麻醉﹑硬膜外麻醉及局麻监护。结果:本组49例患者选用合理的麻醉方法平安度过麻醉期,1例91岁男性患者行股动脉转流术后,双下肢运动障碍,经保守治疗3个月后,双下肢运动功能基本恢复。结论:高龄患者血管手术麻醉处理具有较高的难度和风险,要求麻醉医师具备一定的临床经验和完善的麻醉监测手段,以使患者安全度过麻醉期。采用硬膜外麻醉时更应慎重。Objective：To summarize the anesthetic experience through analyzing the anesthetic treatment of 50 elderly patients undergoing vascular surgery.Methods：Clinical date of patients suffered from vascular diseases during 2007-2008,were classified into three groups by anesthetic means.They were general anesthesia group,epidural anesthesia group and local anesthesia with monitor group.Results：49 patients got through the anesthetic period safely.A 91 years old male patient had lower limbs dysfunction after femoral arterial shunts.After three months treatment,lower limbers ＇ function of movement mostly recovered.Conclusion：Elderly patients undergoing vascular surgery have high risk and difficulty,so that we need anesthetists who have rich clinical experience and perfect anesthetic monitor so as to make patients get through the anesthetic period safely.Epidural anesthesia should be taken deliberately,for the elderly patients undergoing vascular surgery.
