中国八省市居民艾滋病基本知识来源调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国城乡5类居民艾滋病基本知识的来源,为我国开展大众人群艾滋病宣传教育策略和措施的制定提供数据支持。方法采用《〈中国遏制与防治艾滋病行动计划（2006~2010年）〉中期评估＂大众艾滋病基本知识知晓率＂专题调查方案》,对8省、市、自治区城乡居民艾滋病基本知识来源进行问卷调查。结果我国城乡居民艾滋病基本知识的主要来源分别为电视（70.0%~84.1%）、免费宣传材料（36.2%~44.8%）、报刊（39.9%~61.4%）、宣传栏广告栏（30.9%~51.8%）,各类人群获得知识的来源排序有所不同,但电视是各类人群获得艾滋病基本知识的最重要渠道（75.2%）。农村居民获得艾滋病知识的主要来源仅有3类,依次为电视、免费宣传材料、宣传栏广告栏等。30%以上的校外青少年、校内青少年、农民工报告艾滋病主要知识来源于电视盒免费宣传材料。学校教育甚至在校内青少年的知识来源中都排名较后,仅排名第5。结论今后在艾滋病的宣传教育中探索对各类人群进行分类知识教育信息投放,特别是充分利用电视节目进行艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育。Objective To understand the source and channel of 5 groups of residents access the HIV/AIDS knowledge from in order to provide evidence for policy shaping on targeted HIV/AIDS education and publicity.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the source and channel of HIV/AIDS basic knowledge people obtained in 8 provinces.Results the main channel and resource are TV（70.0%-84.1%）,free publicity materials（36.2%-44.8%）,newspapers（39.9%-61.4%）,public service announcement（30.9%-51.8%） successively.Different categories of persons have different knowledge source or channel in sequence,but TV is the dominant channel for HIV knowledge access for all kinds of respondents.Rural population reported main HIV access channels limited to 3 as TV,free publicity materials and public service announcements.More than 30 percent of out-of-school youth,school youth and migrant workers reported main channels to access to HIV publicity through TV,free publicity materials etc.School education showed lower-ranking among all kinds of channels and even ranked only 5th among school youth.Conclusion It＇s advised to have categorical and segmented HIV information provision to different population.TV,however,is the main channel and need to be further studied for better fulfilling the publicity role in HIV/AIDS prevention.
